It is imperative to develop ways to identify and prevent these illnesses so people can live happier, healthier lives. By collecting and analysing data representative of the UK's diverse population, the pier will contribute to transformative health research. Strategically positioned health monitoring stations will invite visitors to voluntarily contribute to ongoing research by undergoing quick health checks that provide real-time feedback on key indicators such as heart rate, blood pressure and other biomarkers.
